class=\"image_desc\"\u003e几位市民正在绿草坡上铺设滑草布，孩子们已经迫不及待地滑起来。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c!--AIPOS_1--\u003e闵行区浦锦街道城建中心副主任陈超告诉记者，经初步统计，3月中下旬起每个周末，游客基本在3000-3500人次左右，彩虹布数量达到300-350条左右，帐篷数量也在300顶左右。他坦言，游客激增带来了一定的管理难度，比如滑草之后，地面上可以看到一条条滑痕，帐篷和彩虹布使用的地钉，也对草坡和草坪带来影响，卫生环境压力明显加大，仅垃圾量就日均增加40桶左右。\u003c!--MID_AD_0--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_0--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_0--\u003e\u003cp\u003e当天，家住浦锦街道的王先生带家人来此游玩。王先生说，他从家里开车过来只需要7-8分钟，第一次带小朋友来滑草，感觉很壮观、很热闹。“对居民来说，能有这样一个地方对公众开放还是很好的。但在过来的路上，看到有人遛狗不牵绳，还有很多垃圾。这个地方又很大，光靠管理人员的力量是不够的。”他认为，大家在玩的时候，也需要维护好环境卫生整洁，比如随手拿个垃圾袋、自己的垃圾放放好，狗绳牵牵好，让滑草坡更美好，也让游玩的人感觉舒畅，下次还愿意来。\u003c!--MID_AD_1--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_1--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_1--\u003e\u003cp\u003e帐篷内，朱女士和家人一边享用美食，一边看着6岁女儿开心地在草坪上滑来滑去，这已是他们一家第四次来这里“打卡”了。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e“我们从浦东川沙开车过来，一般上午11点到，下午四五点回去吃晚饭，偶尔也会去周边商圈逛逛。”朱女士说，第一次来“踩点”就喜欢上了这个绿草坡，之前买的滑草布长度11米，发现短了，又买了一块8米的布接上，坡度也适合，有刺激感但相对安全，不足之处就是厕所少，目前该处草坪只有一个公共厕所，走过去要七八分钟。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c!--IMG_2--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp class=\"image_desc\"\u003e草坪被五颜六色的帐篷和气球填满，场面非常壮观。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e应对大客流：增设垃圾桶，腾出更多停车位\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c!--AIPOS_2--\u003e人气来了，对管理部门来说，是机遇也是挑战。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e如何进一步优化管理措施，做到开放与封闭、养护与利民有机平衡？陈超透露，为了让绿草坡有一定“休息”时间，自3月中下旬起采取措施，把5个坡段从北向南分为ABCDE五个区域，进行分区养护，每次有2块区域封闭管理，另外3块区域对公众开放。首先封闭的是CD两块区域，养护部门派专人进行维护。此外，在开放区域4个点位分别增设4组大垃圾桶，增设数量达16个，加强巡回保洁清扫，做好垃圾日产日清。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c!--IMG_3--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp 闵行区锦浦街道办事处微信公号“惬意锦浦”图\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e“游客多了，停车、上厕所的问题随之而来，我们协调了周边商场、写字楼三个点位，在周末腾出400-500个停车位供游客停放。”陈超告诉记者，公共厕所位于绿草坡西侧的浦康路边，因为有坡度遮挡，游客不一定看得到，近期也增加了引导标识。后续，管理方还会与周边商圈、机构进行协商，开放更多社会公厕给公众使用。\u003c!--MID_AD_2--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_2--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_2--\u003e\u003cp\u003e他同时介绍，此前有专家提出，分区养护不能简单按照一两周的节奏进行，应结合日常雨水、光照的情况及时调整，通过精细化措施让小草得到更好的休息。因此，从4月18日起，已调整为对AB两个区进行封闭管理。至于五一假期开放哪片区域，还要视4月下旬天气条件和草坪实际养护情况来决定。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e除了让草坪“轮休”，有的居民还想到通过预约制适当“限流”。“我们欢迎大家来玩，但不得不说，人多了之后也带来很多问题。”家住浦锦街道的薛先生就提出，这片绿草坡首先是属于公众的，如果要采取预约制限制人流，可以在时间上做文章，比如只在白天或周末高峰时段实行预约，其他时间予以放开。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e对此，陈超认为，绿草坡是开放式的公共绿地，即使采取预约制，操作层面也很难完全封闭管理。街道也在采取更多方式呈现周边好吃好玩的地方，推动实现市民游客“二次分流”。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e联动周边商圈，把“流量”转化为“留量”\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c!--AIPOS_3--\u003e在闵行区人大代表胡伟看来，浦锦街道周边有许多适合亲子家庭游玩的好去处，也有滨江美景，网红滑草坡聚集了人气，可以从美食、购物、休闲、文化等方面去分流，这样“流量”有了，“留量”也有了。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e这样的尝试已经开启。4月18日-19日，街道联动周边商圈，推出“浦锦宠乐生活节”，打造草地市集、音乐会、露营手作等多元业态融合场景，将茶饮咖啡、运动户外、宠物服务等品类搬进草坪，来此滑草的人发现“可玩项目”变丰富了。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e“绿草坡离商场最近的东门步行只需10分钟，天气好的日子，商场客流比‘出圈’前差不多翻了两番，到地下车库停车的车辆也明显增多。”浦江欢乐颂商场市场经理鹿艺鸣告诉记者，为了接住这波“流量”，本周末组织了一批商户到绿坡草坪“外摆”引客，近期还有新店入驻，丰富了区域内的商业版图，也为市民游客提供更多消费选择。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c!--IMG_4--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp
